Vision machines
let you measure small features which are difficult or impossible
to measure with a touch probe. Complex vision tools let you capture
many data points at once - as opposed to touch probe CMMs which
measure one point at a time. The result is a faster and more statistically
accurate measurement machine.
For soft or
pliable parts, a vision system has the added benefit of not touching
and deflection the parts.

especially clear or white parts.

40 channel Macro Ringlight lets you program the perfect lighting.
A high angle of incidence (from 90° to 25°) catches edges
on difficult to see parts.

LEDs create enough light to easily see features on dark plastics
- even at higher magnifications.
